Is it free?
Free makes 1 new deck a month, each with its flashcards and notes and 2 notes rewrites a month. Reviewing everything you've made is free and unlimited. Pro is for making more. See what Pro adds.
Can I edit the notes?
Yes. In the web app you edit them like a document: text styles, highlights, lists, tables and images. On the phone you read them and ask for a rewrite.
Will the notes change on their own?
No. Once written they're yours. StudyLess rewrites them only when you ask, and Undo brings your version back.
Can it write notes from a lecture?
Yes, with Pro: record the class in the app and StudyLess writes its notes and flashcards from the recording.
Does it add things that aren't in my material?
No. The notes are written only from what you add, never filled in with a guess. A page that can't be read, or sources that disagree, get a note saying what is unclear. AI can still get things wrong, so check what matters against your material.
